Argentine Spinach Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pie shell and crust for top (unbaked)
- 1 1/2 c. frozen or 2 qt. fresh spinach, cooked, drained and chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Directions

1Have ready the pie shell and crust for top.

2Cook, drain and chop the spinach.

3Saute the onion in the oil until tender. Combine the spinach, sauteed onion, nutmeg, oregano, salt, beaten eggs and Swiss cheese.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Arrange top crust and seal.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7Serve hot in wedges.
