  • 1 pkg. pork Shake 'n Bake
  • 12 to 18 jalapenos
  • 12 oz. Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Bisquick

Directions

    Using rubber gloves, cut tops off peppers. Core center and rinse. Stuff each pepper with cheese. Mix egg, sausage and enough Bisquick to make a dough. Wrap sausage mixture around peppers. Roll in Shake 'n Bake and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
