- 1 lb. jalapeno peppers
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. biscuit mix
- 1 (3 oz.) Oven Fry for pork
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 lb. shredded Monterey cheese
Directions

1Halve (lengthwise) and seed peppers.

2Fill each pepper half with shredded cheese and set aside.

3Add biscuit mix and remaining cheese to sausage and water; mix well with hands.

4Make a thin patty with the sausage mixture.

5Center a stuffed pepper on top and wrap the patty around the pepper.

6Seal edges and pinch off excess.

7Roll each pepper in the Oven Fry.

8Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
