  • 24 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 lb. lean sausage
  • 8 oz. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. pork Oven Fry

Directions

    Hollow out jalapeno peppers.

    Stuff with cheese.

    Mix together Bisquick, sausage and leftover cheese.

    Roll around each pepper. Mix eggs.

    Roll armadillo egg in egg, then roll in pork Oven Fry. Bake at 325° on cookie sheet until brown for 35 minutes.
