- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 4 1/2 c. bouillon (beef or chicken)
- 2 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 chopped almonds
Directions

1Brown butter and rice, add bouillon, salt and pepper and almonds.

2Bake at 350° for 75 minutes.

3Watch that rice doesn't become too dry.
