  • 1/4 - 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 4 1/2 c. bouillon (beef or chicken)
  • 2 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 chopped almonds

Directions

    Brown butter and rice, add bouillon, salt and pepper and almonds.

    Bake at 350° for 75 minutes.

    Watch that rice doesn't become too dry.
