- 1 1/2 cups apricots, dried
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans) dried, soaked overnight
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup lentils
- 3 each onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons molasses
Directions

1In a large pan, bring soaked apricots and their water to a boil.

2Add soaked, drained garbanzo beans and 1 cup water.

3Bring to a boil and cook for 30 Minutes.

4Add the lentils, onions and 4 cups water to pot.

5Bring to a boil.

6Lower heat, cover and cook about 2 hours until garbanzos are tender.

7Add molasses.

8Mix in well.
