- 1/2 cup white onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
Directions

1In a medium sauce pan heat fat over medium heat.

2Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender.

3Add rice and broth., Bring to a boil and stir.

4Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 min or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
