Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz. each) cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot sauce
  • fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

    Drain and chop artichokes.

    Mix all ingredients, except parsley.

    Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Garnish with parsley.

    Serve with Melba rounds.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
