- 2 (14 oz. each) cans artichoke hearts
- 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of hot sauce
- fresh parsley (optional)
Directions

1Drain and chop artichokes.

2Mix all ingredients, except parsley.

3Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Garnish with parsley.

6Serve with Melba rounds.

7Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
