  • 1 (12 oz. or more) jar artichokes (either plain or marinated)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • crackers or French bread

Directions

    Mix artichokes, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese; bake in Pyrex plate at 350°, until golden.

    Suggestions for adding to this could be cut-up, cooked shrimp, crab meat, sweet chopped red pepper, bits of crisp bacon, etc.

    Serve hot with crackers or French bread.
