- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- Italian bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- oregano
- water
Directions

1Cut up artichoke hearts in quarters.

2Mix with olive oil and bread crumbs to desired consistency.

3Add cheese and oregano to taste.

4Add water, about 1/4 cup so that it doesn't dry out.

5Cook in microwave about 10 minutes on Medium.

6If not hot enough, cook last minute or two on High.

7Do not burn or dry out by overcooking.
