- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 c. Cheddar cheese
- loaf of French bread
Directions

1Cut artichokes into small pieces.

2Chop green onions.

3Melt butter and saute with garlic.

4Mix with remainder of ingredients in a large bowl.

5Make a boat out of French bread and put dip in it.

6Double wrap with aluminum foil.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
