  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 c. Cheddar cheese
  • loaf of French bread

Directions

    Cut artichokes into small pieces.

    Chop green onions.

    Melt butter and saute with garlic.
  4. 4
    Mix with remainder of ingredients in a large bowl.

    Make a boat out of French bread and put dip in it.

    Double wrap with aluminum foil.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
