  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, chopped and drained
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • dash of garlic salt

Directions

    Bake in quiche dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until light golden brown on top.
