  • 8 oz. light mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. light sour cream
  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. can artichoke hearts, chopped (do not use marinated artichokes)

    Melt first 4 ingredients in double boiler. Add chopped artichoke hearts to warm. Serve warm with chips.
