- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts (in water)
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 4 oz. Ortega diced green chiles
- 1 clove minced garlic
Directions

1Drain artichoke hearts and combine with remaining ingredients. Mash together with fork until mixed thoroughly.

2Pour mixture into glass baking dish; bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

3Serve with crackers or bread.
