Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts (in water)
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. Ortega diced green chiles
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Directions

    Drain artichoke hearts and combine with remaining ingredients. Mash together with fork until mixed thoroughly.

    Pour mixture into glass baking dish; bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Serve with crackers or bread.
