- 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Drain water from artichokes (squish with hands to get all water out).

2Chop artichoke hearts; mix hearts with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.

3Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven, uncovered; top should brown.

4Drain oil as it bakes.

5Serve warm with Fritos or Triscuits.
