- 1 large can whole artichokes, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- mayonnaise (to moisten)
Directions

1Drain whole artichokes and chop in food processor.

2Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add chopped artichokes. Moisten mixture with mayonnaise.

3Bake in an oven-safe dish for approximately 20 minutes at 350° until bubbling.

4Serve with crackers.
