  • 1 large can whole artichokes, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
  • mayonnaise (to moisten)

Directions

    Drain whole artichokes and chop in food processor.

    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add chopped artichokes. Moisten mixture with mayonnaise.

    Bake in an oven-safe dish for approximately 20 minutes at 350° until bubbling.

    Serve with crackers.
