  • 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated), cut up and drained
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes (or until bubbly and slightly browned).

    Serve with rye bread squares or any variety of crackers you like.
