Chocolate Pecan Pie

- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 frozen deep dish pie crust
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Place cookie sheet in oven to preheat. In large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs; beat well.

3Place chocolate chips and pecans in bottom of pie crust.

4Pour syrup mixture over pecans.

5Place pie on heated cookie sheet.

6Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes or until deep golden brown and filling is set.

7Cool completely.

8Store in refrigerator.
