- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise (reduced calorie will do)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain artichoke hearts and mash with fork.

3Add cheese and mayonnaise; mix well.

4Put in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

5Serve with crackers or veggies.
