  • 1 box frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Thaw artichokes and drain thoroughly.

    Chop into small pieces. Add all ingredients and blend well.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with crackers.
