  • 1 can pineapple chunks undrained
  • 1 cup carrots diagonally sliced
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts sliced, drained
  • 1/2 pound snow pea pods diagonally halved
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, sodium reduced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups long grain rice hot, cooked

    Sprinkle Chicken With Garlic Powder; Place in 2 1/2 Quart Casserole Coated With Cooking Spray.

    Drain and Set Chicken Aside.

    Combine 2 tablespoon Juice, Carrots and Water Chestnuts in The Casserole.
