- 1 (14 or 15 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of garlic powder
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder; mix well.

3Spread in ungreased 9-inch quiche or pie pan or a 1-quart shallow casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Serve hot or cold with crackers or vegetable dippers.
