- 8 1/2 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
Directions

1Thoroughly mix all ingredients, and bake 20 minutes at 350F (180C).
