Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated

Directions

    Thoroughly mix all ingredients, and bake 20 minutes at 350F (180C).

    Serve hot with crackers or toast rounds.
