Artichoke Dip

  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (non marinated)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated (3 oz. can) Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

    Spoon into lightly greased casserole dish (approximately 8 x 8 1/2-inch size).

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Dip should be brown on sides and bottom, makes 2 cups.

    Serve warm.

    Good with wheat crackers or vegetables.
