- 1 large (No. 2 1/2 size) can kraut
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped stuffed olives
Directions

1Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil and cool.

2Mix chopped vegetables and olives with kraut and sprouts in a large Pyrex bowl.

3Pour vinegar and sugar over it and mix well.

4Keep in refrigerator.
