  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts (not marinated), chopped fine
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices fried bacon, chopped fine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; put in casserole dish or glass pie pan. Bake

    at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.

    Serve with sesame seed crackers or wheat thins.
