  • 1 jar Artichokes
  • 1/2 c. Mayonaise
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

    Drain artichokes.

    Using sharp knife, cut out 'choke' part.

    Throw away leaves.

    Mix minced 'chokes', mayo and cheese in blender.

    Heat in mirco or possibly oven.

    Serve with crackers or possibly bread chunks.

    This dip is VERY good and Very rich.
