- 1/2 c. Mayonaise
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions

1Drain artichokes.

2Using sharp knife, cut out 'choke' part.

3Throw away leaves.

4Mix minced 'chokes', mayo and cheese in blender.

5Heat in mirco or possibly oven.

6Serve with crackers or possibly bread chunks.
