- 2 (8 oz.) cans artichokes
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Drain and rinse artichokes.

2Place in shallow baking dish. Combine butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice and celery salt.

3Cook in saucepan until heated through; do not boil.

4Pour over artichokes. Top with almonds and cheese.

5Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until light brown in color.
