  • 2 (8 oz.) cans artichokes
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Drain and rinse artichokes.

    Place in shallow baking dish. Combine butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice and celery salt.

    Cook in saucepan until heated through; do not boil.

    Pour over artichokes. Top with almonds and cheese.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until light brown in color.
