- 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of oregano
- 1/2 lb. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into a frying pan. (Discard marinade from second jar.)

2Chop artichokes in food processor and set aside.

3Saute onion and garlic in the frying pan until limp (about 5 minutes).
