- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons pecorino cheese
- 5 3/4 tablespoons cooked ham diced

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2Roll out the pastry and place in a round, deep baking dish.

3In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the eggs. Add the pecorino cheese, ham, artichokes, and a pinch of salt.

4Place the mixture in the pie shell and bake for 25 minutes or until brown. Top with American cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
