- 1 package artichoke hearts frozen
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup light cream (half&half)
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese sliced
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch)
Directions

1Layer hearts (break apart) and cheese slices in raw pie crust.

2There will be 4 layers with hearts on bottom, next cheese, then hearts and finishing on top wit h cheese.

3Beat and pour remaining ingredients over top.

4Bake at 375F (190C).

5for 40 minutes until top is browned.

6Let set for several minutes before cutting.
