  • 1 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small (8 oz.) Mozzarella, cut in small pieces

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Bake in lightly greased Pyrex 10-inch pie plate at 352° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Serve with small pieces of French bread or crackers and cut up apples and grapes.
