  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (do not use marinated ones)
  • 1 c. real mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (save 1/4 c.)
  • 1/4 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup of cheese, onion and lemon juice.

    Spread in small, ovenproof dish (6 x 6-inch approximately).

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 325°.

    Serve hot with Waterman's crackers.
