- 6 1/2 cups AP Flour
Directions

1Bloom yeast in 100 degree F water. Mix dry ingredients together, then mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Let set for 2 hours on countertop, then refrgerate overnight, divide, shape, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes with a bowl of water on the oven floor.
