Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground Turkey
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 29 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 4 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp season salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cup Sharp cheddar
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Brown ground Turkey, minced garlic, and onion powder over medium heat until browned.

    Drain meat and add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and stewed tomatoes.

    Turn on medium heat, cover, and dinner for twenty minutes.

    In a separate bowl combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and grated parmesan cheese.

    In a large greased baking dish put 1/3 of the meat mixture in the bottom.

    Then layer 6 lasagna noodles.

    Then cottage cheese mixture.

    Then 2 cups cheddar and 2 cups mozzarella cheese.

    Again layer 6 lasagna noodles.
