- 2 lb ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 29 oz stewed tomatoes
- 4 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp season salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cup Sharp cheddar
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Brown ground Turkey, minced garlic, and onion powder over medium heat until browned.

3Drain meat and add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and stewed tomatoes.

4Turn on medium heat, cover, and dinner for twenty minutes.

5In a separate bowl combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and grated parmesan cheese.

6In a large greased baking dish put 1/3 of the meat mixture in the bottom.

7Then layer 6 lasagna noodles.

8Then cottage cheese mixture.

9Then tomato mixture.

10Then 2 cups cheddar and 2 cups mozzarella cheese.

11Again layer 6 lasagna noodles.

12Then cottage cheese mixture.

13Then tomato mixture.

14Then 2 cups cheddar and 2 cups mozzarella cheese.

15Bake 30-35 minutes.
