  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 4 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. potato flakes
  • 1 c. warm water

    Stir; keep at room temperature for 24 hours. Use 1 cup Starter to make bread. Refrigerate remaining Starter until next feeding; fourth day.
