  • 6 pieces Boneless Chicken Breast Halves, Sliced Into Strips
  • 5 stalks Green Onions, Minced
  • 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 2 whole Small Carrots, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 18 cups Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Pressed

Directions

    Mix together in a zipper topped plastic bag the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.

    Add chicken and marinate for 8 hours (or overnight).

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

    Saute chicken; add remaining ingredients and continue cooking till veggies are tender and chicken is done.

    Serve with rice.
