  • 8 cups loose bok choy and yu choy (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup Chinese celery
  • 1-2 cups bean sprouts
  • 4 tangelos
  • 2 bananas, frozen in chunks
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • 4 cups frozen mixed berries

Directions

    Blend first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for best results.
