  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 cup Canned Water Chestnuts
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 18 cups Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 3/4 pounds Lean Ground Beef

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Add the cilantro and water chestnuts to the bowl of a food processor, and pulse for a few seconds, until finely ground but not liquid.

    Add all the other ingredients except for the meat, and process in pulses until well incorporated.

    Add the ground meat and pulse 1 or 2 seconds, until combined.

    Dont over process or the meatballs wont hold together.

    Shape into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.

    Then bake for 15 minutes.

    Serve warm.
