- 1 Asian pear
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Directions

1Peel and core the pear, then cut into 5 mm slices.

2Evenly spread the slices into a heat-resistant dish, then evenly sprinkle on the sugar and lemon juice.

3Cover with a lid and microwave for 5 minutes.

4After the slices are tender, it's ready to serve!

5If they are still hard, microwave longer, checking after increments of 30 seconds.

6Cover with a lid and cool.

7It will become tender from the residual heat.

8Once it cools, chill in the refrigerator.

9Serve chilled.
