- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups rice crackers, wasabi peas, ramen snack
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger (according to your taste)
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon sesame oil (according to your taste)
Directions

1Mix popcorn and Asian snack mix together in a large bowl.

2In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter on high until melted, about 20 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, ginger and oil.

3Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss.

4Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake in a 300° F oven for 20 minutes, stirring once.

5Allow to cool, serve or store in airtight container.
