Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon oriental sesame seed oil
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 18 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup finely chopped sweet onion (Vidalia or Maui)
- 13 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 3 tablespoons red bell peppers, chopped fine
Directions

1Place sesame seeds in a heavy skillet.

2Stir over medium heat until golden light in colour.

3This takes about two minutes.

4Cool.

5Whisk the lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, crushed pepper flakes in a bowl to blend.

6Add the small diced sweet onion, green onion, red bell pepper and sesame seeds.

7Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8Cover and chill.

9Can make one hour ahead.
