- 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook, drain and break meat into bite-size pieces.

2Place meat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cover with bread and cheese.

4In bowl mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

5Pour over cheese layer.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
