- 1 large can green peas
- 1 large can asparagus spears
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 5 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Grease bottom of casserole with oleo.

2Melt stick of oleo in pan.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4Drain peas and asparagus.

5Put asparagus on top of peas; add soup and water chestnuts which have been drained.

6Top with shredded cheese, then bread crumbs made from whole wheat bread.

7Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
