  • 1 (1 lb.) can asparagus, drained
  • 1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine.

    Place layer of asparagus mixture in greased casserole.

    Put half of crushed crackers, another layer of asparagus and remainder of cracker crumbs.

    Top with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
