  • 2 packages asparagus frozen cut, thawed (10 ounces each)
  • 1 pound ham fully cooked, chopped
  • 2 cups swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    pie plates, layer the asparagas, ham, cheese and onion.

    In a bowl, beat eggs.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Divide in half and pour over asparagas mixture in each pie plate.
