  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. chicken stock
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, cooked fresh asparagus or cooked frozen asparagus, drained

    In a pan, heat oil, chicken stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.

    Stir constantly until it boils.

    Add asparagus; heat thoroughly.
