- 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, cooked fresh asparagus or cooked frozen asparagus, drained
Directions

1In a pan, heat oil, chicken stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.

2Stir constantly until it boils.

3Add asparagus; heat thoroughly.
