- 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
- 1 can chilled evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Dissolve jello in boiling water and refrigerate.

2Spread 1 cup of vanilla wafer crumbs in a large baking dish.

3Whip chilled evaporated milk.

4Add sugar and mix well.

5Grate lemon rind and squeeze lemon for juice; add to mixture.

6Add cooled jello and mix well.

7Pour mixture into baking dish.

8Spread remaining cup of crumbs on top.

9Chill for at least 3 hours.
