Asparagus Roll-Ups

- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 tsp. well drained prepared white horseradish
- 6 (2 x 4-inch) pieces smoked salmon
- 6 asparagus spears (4 inches long), cooked
Directions

1In bowl, cream together the cream cheese, parsley and horseradish.

2Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture over each salmon strip.

3Place asparagus over cheese on the long side and roll up. Chill 1 hour.

4Before serving, use a sharp knife to cut each roll into four 1-inch pieces and serve.
