- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup grits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- milk (see instructions)
- 1 large roll Velveeta cheese-cut in 4ths
- 1 stick butter
- Cornflakes for topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375

2Add grits, and salt to boiling water. Cook until done (thickens)stirring often.

3Add velvet cheese.Stir until melted.

4Let the grits cool down-

5Break the eggs into a measuring cup. add enough milk to make one cup-stir mixture into cooled grits. Pour into a casserole dish. top with cornflake crumbs. Can be refrigerated at this point. Make sure it is room temperature before placing in the preheated oven. It mat take a little longer

6Bake covered for 35 to 40 minutes
